The «Marketing Statistics Youtube» application
This is an internal application used only by the owner. With the owner's authorization it reads, read-only (YouTube API scope yt-analytics.readonly), the aggregate statistics of the owner's own YouTube channel: views, watch time and new subscribers. It does not read viewers' personal data, and it does not read or change videos, comments or channel settings.
Facebook and Instagram application
A second internal application, used only by the owner, reads through Meta's APIs the aggregate statistics of the owner's own Facebook Page and Instagram account: reach, views, interactions, follower counts and the performance of posts and reels. It uses read-only access. It does not read personal data of people who follow or interact with the pages, does not read private messages or comments, and does not publish anything.
How we use the data and where it is kept
The figures are used only by an internal dashboard to follow the channel's performance. They are stored on systems managed by the owner, in a database located in the European Union. We do not share them with third parties and do not use them for advertising or to train AI models. Our use of data received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data received from Meta is used only for this purpose and in compliance with the Meta Platform terms.
Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke the YouTube application's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and the Facebook and Instagram application's access through the owner of the Meta Business Manager (or by writing to us). To request deletion of stored data, write to the contact above: we will act without delay.
